Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Launches Instant Policy Service

Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance (ABSLI) has launched its instant policy issuance service on WhatsApp. The service will enable customers to complete the onboarding process in 3–5 minutes on a real-time basis.

The company has partnered with Gupshup to have the conversational engagement solution along with Karza to fulfill KYC and services like quote generation, premium payment, and underwriting, on WhatsApp. In addition, the service offers functionalities like mobile number validation, and face and name match as an in-built security feature.

This initiative will reduce the life insurance journey to a few clicks and will encourage the younger generation to purchase life insurance on their own.
